In participated projects, we mostly perform land development, feasibility and due diligence studies as well as design controls, and preparation of tenders. During the period of construction, our responsibilities comprise controlling eligibility of the project with specifications, construction quality, project management, preparation and acceptance of progress payments and management of contracts.

WHO WE ARE?
Plan has carried on the activities in management consulting area in mostly real estate and tourism sectors. We are a member of World Bank – (DACON) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD registration number: 151102). Consultants’ database registration was completed in February 2002 (DACON Number: 001894).

As a member of these prestigious consulting groups, we got pre-qualified as a consulting company for World Bank, European and Asian Investment Bank projects.

MAIN GOALS

Our main goal is to accomplish the projects on time and by creating high economic value levels. Nowadays, importance of management consulting sector has significantly increased, particularly on the ground of demands of institutional investors and administrations.

WORKS

Plan has extensive experience and expertise in housing and administrative projects, airports, shopping justifys and tourism projects. Total construction area of these projects consist of approximately 6.445.000 m² housing, 5.353.000 m² administrative buildings and airports, 2.627.000 m² tourism buildings. Recently, we have also started to be involved in infrastructure projects regarding road, highway, sewerage and drinking water systems, subways and railways in many countries.

We have worked on a number of World Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development projects together with international consulting firms within the scope of FIDIC specifications. One of these projects, Adana Housing Project for Earthquake Recovery, is especially important, since it is the winner of Wold Bank’s ‘Best Project of the year’ award.  İş Bank and Halk Bank Headquarters are also two of our significant projects. Halk Bank Headquarters’ total construction value is over 500 million TL. Total construction area of İş Bank Headquarter is 225.000 m² including three towers in excess of 50 storeys. These are two of Turkey’s leading projects in terms of not only their tower heights but also their total area of construction.

We established management consulting system, project management, cash flow diagrams and budget control services during 40 months of construction time. After Marmara Earthquake, by credits of World Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, we completed Marmara Earthquake Reconstruction Projects (MEER) and (TERRA) of 13 000 houses and trade justifys in three different parts of Marmara Region (İzmit, Adapazarı, Gölcük and Düzce).

Additionally, for the new Esenboğa International Terminal project, which is one of the most prestigious projects of Ankara, we worked from March 2005 to October 2006. A similar project named as İzmir Adnan Menderes International Airport was completed in 2006 mid-summer. Moreover, Ankara İskitler Central Business Area Project spreading around 343 000 m² with a construction area of 1.840.000 m² is one of the leading city planning and development projects in Ankara and all development consulting services have been provided by Plan Project Management and Consulting.

We have completed 120 villas in Antalya for Danish investor name is Keops (Landic Properties).

Antares Living and Business justify project with 440 000m2 construction area has 202 000 m² shopping justify, 20 000 m² Office tower and 218.000 m2 Housing Area.
